WELCOME DINNER
JULY 6
To commence our festivities, we invite you to join us for dinner the night before the wedding marking your arrival in Italy and offering an authentic taste of Umbria. Nestled in the heart of Perugia's historic old town, Il Cantinone, embodies the essence of a classic Italian trattoria, presenting the traditional flavours and rich cultural heritage of the region. Dinner will be reserved for 20:00, we encourage guests to dress in smart casual attire, embracing the relaxed 'dolce vita' ambiance of the occasion.
WEDDING DAY
JULY 7
The civil ceremony and reception will be hosted at a 17th century Italian Villa, located just outside Perugia City Centre. While we are not disclosing the exact location of the venue at this time to maintain an element of surprise, more details will follow.

Following the ceremony, dinner and dancing will ensue as the sun sets.

We kindly request that guests adhere to a black-tie dress code, opting for tuxedos and block-coloured gowns. Where possible, please avoid wearing prints, patterns, casual attire, or colours traditionally associated with the bride.
RECOVERY LUNCH
JULY 8
Following our wedding day we're extending the celebration with a garden pool party. Beginning at midday, guests are invited back to the Villa for a relaxed lunch poolside, soaking up the Italian sun. The dress code for the occasion is maximalist resort wear. think vibrant, bold, opulence, embracing a sense of fun through prints & patterns, rich colour and statement accessories. Don't overthink it - 'more is more'.

ADULT-ONLY EVENT
We want our wedding to be a truly unforgettable experience for all our guests. One that is intimate, and one that everyone can be fully present during the celebration without worry. While we adore children, we have decided to make our wedding an adult-only event to ensure all guests can relax and enjoy themselves. We deeply appreciate your understanding and support regarding this decision. Recognising the potential challenges of attending a destination wedding with children, we extend our understanding and ask that you reach out should you have difficulty finding suitable childcare arrangements.

PHOTOGRAPHY & SOCIAL MEDIA
We kindly ask our guests to respect the presence of our professional photographer and videographer by refraining from obstructing their shots with personal devices during key moments of the wedding. Although we understand the desire to capture memories, we encourage everyone to be present in the moment. While we do not mind you sharing to social media, we kindly request that guests limit postings during the event and be mindful of spending excessive time editing or uploading photos in real-time. Instead, we invite you to immerse yourself in the joyous moments of the day and, if desired, share your captured memories the following day. Your cooperation in preserving the integrity of our professional photography and fostering a present and connected atmosphere is greatly appreciated.

We are sincerely appreciative for the effort and expense involved in attending our wedding in Italy, and your presence is truly the greatest gift of all.
